Driving Forces = Motivators
Knowledge of an individual’s motivators explain why a person behaves a certain way. This report measures the primary driving forces cluster to tell a story of how a person derives meaning from life and work.

 

EQ-i = Emotional Intelligence
Understand one’s surroundings and how to read the room is critical in today’s business environment. This instrument is used to determine personal development, emotional intelligence, and emotional and social competencies.
