No way… Meet Rachel, our Resident Mixologist.  Rachael has over a decade of experience in the industry; she knows just about everything around cocktail construction and classic cocktail history. With Certifications in Wine, Beer, and Spirits, she can teach and collaborate with anyone from novice to expert on the subject of adult beverages. Since the world has moved digital, Rachael helps  our clients stay connected with their teams through virtual happy hour events.  Whether you need team building, client appreciation, or networking Rachel teaches the techniques of cocktail creation in a collaborative way that changes the connection and up-levels our pre-pandemic happy hour experience in a new and innovative way.

Jamila is a certified yoga teacher and owner of Agape Yogastry. Dance first brought her to the mat. Her first desire to do yoga was to increase her flexibility so that she could be a better liturgical dancer and therefore a better instrument for God’s use. She quickly learned that her history and discipline in dance and tae kwon do gave her a natural ease in practice and she quickly fell in love. The benefits off the mat drew her to wanting more people to experience yoga. Agape Yogastry, established in 2018, is the language in which Jamila communicates God love for God’s people. She truly believes that connecting with the breath through yoga allows God’s creation to connect with the Creator and the One who gives the breath. Her love for God and God’s people are evident in her classes through the musical selections, her class theming, and cues.

It’s possible to find your inner Zen, even with phones buzzing and fluorescent lights glaring overhead if you embrace a little desk yoga. We can help you there. But what’s even better is our Sip & Namaste Events.  We will blend smoothies and dedicate 60-90 minutes to a virtual yoga practice for your team. Why yoga? Well, yoga at work helps boost energy levels, and even reduce sickness and absences (yay for healthier employees using less sick days)! Our highly-trained resident yogi will lead a class focused on countering the negative effects of stress, burnout, and prolonged desk sitting.

Happy Hour is a fun, spirited virtual happy hour and game day combo. Before your event, we will send you a digital cocktail and mocktail recipe guide so that your team can prepare and get their game faces ready. Your group will compete, in teams, in a series of original competitive challenges and mini-games. Some games may be scavenger-hunt 🗺️ inspired while some may be trivia 📺 inspired. Some games may be guessing-games 🤔 while others may be skill-based 🤹. There is something for everyone. And if you like, we can send a dry-kit in advance so your people only need to pick up the alcohol.
